2.3 x777bb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law. 3.5 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x777bb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person for any reason.
4.2 You must notify x777bb support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. x777bb will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification. x777bb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that occurred before notification was made.
4.3 x777bb will never ask for your password by any means — including live chat, SMS, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing or social engineering attempt and reported to x777bb support immediately.
4.4 x777bb employs 256-bit TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Financial credentials are processed directly through payment providers and are never stored on x777bb servers.
4.5 x777bb may temporarily lock your account if it detects unusual login patterns, multiple failed authentication attempts, or access from unrecognized devices. An SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number in such cases. Account unlocking requires identity verification through support.

5.2 The minimum deposit at x777bb is ₱50 (or USDT equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits). Maximum single-deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at point of transaction.
5.3 You must only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. x777bb will reject deposits from third-party payment accounts and may suspend the recipient account pending investigation. Third-party funding is prohibited under PAGCOR's anti-money-laundering requirements.
5.4 Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only on the x777bb platform. x777bb is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits are not insured or guaranteed by any government deposit insurance scheme.
5.5 If a deposit is credited to your x777bb account in error, you must notify support immediately. Knowingly gaming with erroneously credited funds without notification constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own verified name. The withdrawal destination must match the identity on the x777bb KYC record. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts in different names are not permitted.
6.2 KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC submissions may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held until identity verification is approved.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum single-withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at point of request. For withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 (or equivalent), x777bb may require additional supporting documentation consistent with PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements.

6.5 Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Only the real-money component of a mixed (real money + bonus) balance may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, subject to any minimum balance rules.
6.6 x777bb reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation. The processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation. This is a legal obligation under Philippine AML law and PAGCOR's regulatory requirements, not a discretionary policy.
7.1 x777bb offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms disclosed at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
7.2 All x777bb bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The minimum wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount; the maximum is 20× the bonus amount. Wagering requirements for each promotion are disclosed before the player accepts the offer. x777bb does not operate any bonus with wagering requirements exceeding 20×.
7.3 Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance of the account. Wagering requirements must be satisfied entirely before any portion of the Bonus Balance — or winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal.
7.4 x777bb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending bonuses, or claw back bonus-derived winnings if x777bb determines that: (a) the player has abused the bonus system; (b) multiple accounts have been used to exploit offers; (c) the player has provided false information to obtain a bonus; or (d) the bonus was claimed in violation of its specific terms.
7.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk balanced wagering designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play games genuinely — is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.
8.1 All games available on x777bb use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics that have been independently audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures reflect certified, audited performance data from game provider documentation.

8.5 x777bb reserves the right to void any bet that it determines to have been placed as a result of a pricing error, technical malfunction in the odds engine, or exploitation of a known software vulnerability.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all funds (real money and bonus) frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and, where applicable, Philippine law enforcement:
10.1 All intellectual property associated with x777bb — including but not limited to the x777bb brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game software, promotional materials, content, and proprietary platform features — is owned by or licensed to the Operator. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x777bb platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works of any x777bb content.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, x777bb's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount held in that player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
11.2 x777bb shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, or data; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from your violation of these Terms; (d) losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform that was affected by a technical error; or (e) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond x777bb's reasonable control, including network outages, government actions, or force majeure events.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits x777bb's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by x777bb's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
11.4 The x777bb platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While x777bb takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
12.1 x777bb is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR's framework seriously. x777bb provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard:
12.2 x777bb will not send promotional material to players who have activated self-exclusion. Excluded players who attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account are in breach of these Terms. x777bb uses technical measures to prevent such circumvention.

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting x777bb's live chat support. Upon closure request, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
13.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension. x777bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) x777bb receives instruction from PAGCOR or a Philippine law enforcement authority; (c) the player has provided false information; (d) suspicious financial activity is detected requiring AML investigation; or (e) continued operation of the account poses legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Operator.
13.3 Consequences of Termination for Cause. Where an account is terminated due to a player's violation of these Terms, x777bb reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings. Real Money Balance (funds the player deposited from their own payment sources) will generally be returned minus any amounts reasonably attributable to fraudulent activity, subject to applicable legal holds.
13.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. x777bb will notify the registered mobile number before dormancy status is applied. Dormant accounts may incur a maintenance fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation requires successful login and KYC re-verification if credentials have expired.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 x777bb operates under PAGCOR authorization. PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory authority for dispute escalation where internal resolution has failed. Players who have exhausted x777bb's internal complaints process may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR.
14.3 x777bb's internal complaints process operates as follows: (i) contact support via live chat or the registered email address; (ii) receive an initial response within 24 hours; (iii) where the matter is not resolved within 10 business days, the complaint is escalated to the Operator's compliance team; (iv) a final determination is issued within 30 business days of the original complaint. Where unresolved, PAGCOR escalation is available.
14.4 The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, with venue in the courts of Metro Manila.
15.1 x777bb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number and/or a notice displayed prominently upon next login, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by a PAGCOR directive, change in Philippine law, or urgent security requirement.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at x777bb.vip/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this document.
15.3 By continuing to use the x777bb platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
